Best of luck to our Premier Intermediate hurlers and management in their second round outing in the county championship against Clonakenny this coming Saturday in Borrisoleigh at 7pm.

U-19 B Hurling

Our under 19 hurlers face Lorrha Rovers in Lorrha on Wednesday evening 9th August in the North B championship. Throw in is at 7pm and all support is appreciated.

U-15 A Hurling and U-17 B Hurling

Our under 15 hurlers face Newport in Borrisoleigh on Thursday evening 10th August in the North A championship. Throw in is at 7pm. Our under 17 hurlers Nenagh Eire Og in Nenagh on Monday August 13th in the North A championship. Throw in is at 7 pm and all support is appreciated.

Club Lotto 

The jackpot is now €6,800 and the club are appealing to all club members to play the club lotto online through our Clubzap app or by logging on to www.silverminesgaa.com.

Tipperary GAA Draw

We are appealing to all club members to join the new Tipperary GAA Clubs Development Draw for the coming year. This year there will be a prize fund of over €600,000 with the first prize every month a car or a cash alternative of 18k. There are also a raft of cash prizes every month as well as a lucky lotto draw also where you pick your four numbers for the year. There will be a draw each month with the first draw in August and this will run up to May 2024. Up to 70 percent of funds raised go back to local clubs also. Contact any committee member for further details. To join for the year is just €100 and remember if you are not in you can’t win!

All Ireland Junior Camogie

Silvermines GAA senior club, camogie club, juvenile club and LGFA club would like to commiserate with the Tipperary junior team and our own Aisling, Ciara, Miriam, Ellen, Nessa and Eimear following their All-Ireland final defeat to Clare in Croke Park last Sunday. We are all very proud of your efforts in representing your club and county this year.
