Junior B Hurling

Our Junior B hurlers bowed out of this year’s North championship following a 2-15 to 1-17 loss to Lorrha in Dolla on Sunday evening. Both sides were locked at 1-7 apiece at the break. The second half proved a tight affair also and Silvermines held a slender one-point lead as the game entered the final ten minutes but the visitors pulled ahead thanks to a 57th minute goal and held on record a solitary point victory. Thanks to all players and the management team for their commitment throughout the season.

New York Win

Congratulations to club member Colin O’Brien who lined out at centre-back on the Tipperary New York team who won the New York hurling championship at the weekend.

North SHC Final

Dolla GAA Grounds will host the North Tipperary SHC final between Nenagh Eire Og and Kiladangan next Saturday evening at 7pm. If you are available to help out  as a steward on the evening please be in Dolla from 6pm onwards. All help will be greatly appreciated.
