The Silvermines GAA Club, in partnership with RTÉ’s Operation Transformation, is seeking to bring the community together in the safe and bright environment of our GAA club. In a bid to make exercise more accessible on these dark winter nights, Operation Transformation’s ‘Ireland Lights Up’ campaign will see the Silvermines GAA Club turn on it’s floodlights on the track between 7pm and 8pm each Thursday for a six-week period from 17th January to 21st February, 2019.
