SIlvermines GAA Notes
Harty Cup Semi-Final Victory
Congratulations to Nenagh CBS who were victorious over Charleville CBS in the Harty Cup semi-final at the weekend. A special well done to the SIlvermines contingent involved and well done to Darragh Treacy who netted the all-important winning goal at the death to send Nenagh CBS into a fifth ever Harty Cup decider.
Handball
Well done to all the Silvermines juveniles who competed in the county finals in Carrick on Suir on Sunday. There was great handball played by all ages and it was fantastic to see all the young Silvermines handballers doing so well in their first County Finals. The standard in Carrick was high but we still came home with medals. Congratulations to Ben Platt, Conor Ryan and Daniel McKelvey on their titles and best of luck to Daniel Sherlock and Michael Hynes next weekend in their rescheduled county finals.
