Under 19’s County Semi-Final

Hard luck to our under 19 side following a narrow 4-13 to 2-18 defeat to Eire Og Annacarty/Sean Treacys in Holycross on Saturday afternoon. (see report).

A big thank you to all our players and management for their hard work and dedication throughout the year and a huge well done on bringing a North title back to the club.

Under 17 Hurling

Our under 17 hurlers lost out disappointingly to Roscrea in their North Tipperary quarter final replay in Toomevara on Tuesday evening of last week. Silvermines struggled in the opening half and trailed by 2-8 to 0-5 at the interval. Roscrea proved the stronger side in the second half also and eased to a 3-18 to 1-7 win. A big thank you to all the players and their management team for their efforts throughout the year.

Under 13 Hurling

Commiserations to our under 13 hurlers who were defeated by a strong Moycarkey-Borris team on a scoreline of 6-7 to 1-4 in their county semi-final in Annacarty on Saturday. Well done to all the team and mentors on their exploits this year and best of luck to Moycarkey-Borris the final.

Camogie

Our senior side face Drom/Inch on Sunday 17th September in Drom/Inch at 11.30 am. Best of luck to our under 16 side who face Boherlahan in the county final in The Ragg on Wednesday evening at 6.30 pm. Also the best of luck to under-13 camogie side in their upcoming platinium county final in Boherlahan against Slieve Felim on Saturday at 2.45pm.
